INPUT CORRECT INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS ENTERED CORRECTLY AT CHECKOUT and includes all relevant and/or required information. 

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.  If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address given to us by the customer, you will not receive a refund for the shipping cost.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase nor do we edit customer information.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Orders ship within 4-5 business days (we don’t ship on weekends or holidays) after an order is placed...unless there is a delay due to high demand of our products.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated tracking number to the email address you provided upon ordering. We are not responsible or edit wrong email address information.


CLAIMS & LOST PACKAGES

Breakfast Belles does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as "in transit" or "delivered" by the carrier (USPS or DHL). We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being "in transit" or "delivered" .  You must file a claim with the shipping carrier yourself at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
