Breakfast Belle is Executive & Celebrity Shef, Tori Brown. Shef Tori has been introducing the North to an authentic Southern style catering menu and meals since 2015, with love and true Southern sass, by way of her Mother and late grandmother Sarah (Jefferson) Brown's teachings and hometown of Santee, SC.
Shef Tori has created and manufactures two food products for retail sale; Bamma Hot Sauce and Bamma Fish Fry. Bamma Fish Fry was used by Tabitha Brown, Actress, Vegan & Social Media Influencer to make fish-less hearts of palm as a vegan alternative and fried green tomatoes.
Shef Brown attended Southern CT State University. She has served many Fortune 500 companies and Yale. Breakfast Belle LLC is a certified (NMSDC) National Minority Supplier Development Council Member, (W/MBE) Woman Minority Business Enterprise and Diversity Supplier by the State of Connecticut, and (USBC) United States Black Chamber Member. She is a ReSet Accelerator and CTNext Pitch Winner, was selected and featured on ABC's Good Morning America in 2019, was honored in 2020 at the 100 Women of Color Ceremony, serves as a Youth Mentor for YLTrapped, 2021 Black People Rocks Award Honoree, 2021 CT Entrepreneur Awards, Nominee, EZ Cater vendor and most importantly a proud Mother.
